Good Times

It's a pretty simple recipe really.

Take some sushi-grade tuna and apply sesame oil, sesame seeds, wasabi and fresh cracked pepper:















Grill:















Then enjoy some single malt scotch:


























With a nice mild cigar:















And you're all set (like Matt here)

Yummy sheared tuna. I'd have a good sake with it, then afterwards the Sotch and cigar afterwards. Yummie.

Is that your favourite scotch? Frank likes Glenmorangie sherry wood finish. Have you tried it?

One of my favorites. I have not tried the sherry wood aged one.
